Yes. 100% ring-spun cotton, pre-shrunk, soft-washed, and then left under the moon for the full span of a lunar cycle. It arrives to you the same weight and hand as the tee you already own. The cotton does the body. The moon does the rest.

Yes. Every MagicMoon tee is dyed a single shade: a deep, matte, slightly-bluer-than-midnight black we call Moon Void. It will not fade to grey in the wash. It will not turn purple in the sun. It is the color of the sky behind the moon when you look up and forget where you are.

No. The charge only holds on Moon Void. We tested cream, sage, and a very optimistic coral. None of them unlocked anything. Some of them started faintly humming, which was worse. We stopped.

Fabric is printed and shipped from our US fulfillment partner in Texas and North Carolina. Prints are water-based inks, pulled by hand in batches of 144. Finished garments travel to our charging grounds, where they spend one full lunar cycle face-up under open sky. They ship the next morning.

We have never used a dryer, a drum tumbler, or a timeline shorter than 29.5 days.

Orders are printed and packed in 2-5 business days, then transit takes another 3-6 days inside the U.S., so total wait is roughly 5-8 business days door to door. Express US is available at checkout for 2-3 day transit if you need the shirt in hand before the weekend.

Right now we ship within the United States only - all 50 states, plus Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We're not shipping to other countries yet. More regions coming soon.

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $25. Below that, it's a flat $4.95. One shirt usually clears the threshold.

Every order receives a tracking number by email within 48 hours of being placed. You can also log in and view the status from your account. The tracking page will not tell you what the shirt is about to do, only where it is.

Unworn, unwashed shirts in original packaging can be returned within 90 days for a full refund to the original payment method. Start a return from your account page and we'll email a prepaid label. Refunds post within 5 business days of our receiving the shirt.

This one's a t-shirt, friend, not a contract with the cosmos - the only thing we promise is the shirt itself. If you're not happy with it for any reason, tell us within 90 days and we'll refund or replace it, no questions asked. Keep the first one either way. The howling-at-the-moon part is on you.

We guarantee the shirt itself: well-made, well-printed, and easy to return if it is not for you. We cannot, by law or by moon, guarantee any specific outcome. What we can tell you is that it is well-loved by the customers who own one.

No. All returns are free - we email you a prepaid USPS label when you open the return.

Whenever you decide they do. This is a fun shirt with a tall tale stitched into it, not a device with a measurable onset time. Some folks swear they felt cosmic the first evening. Most just enjoy a soft tee and a good story. Wear it, tell people it's moon-charged, and see what happens. (Spoiler: a compliment, usually.)

The shirt lasts as long as any good tee - it won't "run out," fade in the wash, or expire. As for any cosmic mojo, that's the realm of folklore and wishful thinking, and we make no claims about it. Wear it as long as it makes you smile. That's the only effect we'll vouch for.

We're going to level with you: it's a shirt. There's no real "effect" to reverse - the moon-charging is a bit of cosmic theater we love telling. If the joke wears off, the tee doesn't. Wear it, retire it, or pass it on. Entirely up to you.

In the lore, no - a MagicMoon shirt only ever "adds," never subtracts. In reality, it's a t-shirt, so it doesn't do either. If you're hoping to undo something in your life, we'd gently point you somewhere other than our merch. We're flattered you asked, though.

Every single one. No shirt leaves our facility without spending one full lunar cycle - 29.5 days - face-up on our charging grounds. The current cycle is Moon 227. Each batch carries its moon number on the inside collar tag.

Doesn't matter to us one bit. The shirts sit out for the full cycle, rain or shine, and the story stays the same. We like to say the moon doesn't need line-of-sight to reach cotton. We can't prove that, and we're not going to pretend we can. Clouds, no clouds, you still get a great tee.

You cannot reproduce the process with a random tee and a windowsill. The substrate matters - our cotton is milled on a specific loom, to a specific weight, with pre-treatment steps that take the charge. Placing a store-bought shirt on a balcony will do nothing. We tried.

Yes. A detailed size chart with chest, length, and shoulder measurements in inches and centimeters lives on every product page, just above the add-to-bag button. Sizes run XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL. A 6'1" 190 lb wearer typically takes a Large.

Yes, with the note that our tee is a relaxed-classic cut - slightly boxier through the body than a slim-fit athletic shirt. Pre-shrunk, so it will not change dimensions after washing. If you are between sizes, size down.

Yes, within 90 days, provided the shirt is unworn and unwashed. Exchanges are free in the U.S. Start the exchange from your account and we'll send the new size as soon as the original one is scanned into our return facility.

Yes. Digital gift cards in $25, $50, $100, and $250 denominations. They are delivered by email within minutes of purchase, never expire, and can be applied to any product in the catalogue. They are not, themselves, moon-charged. They are just gift cards.

No. Guest checkout is available on every order. The trade-off is that tracking, returns, and re-order history all live inside the account. Most people create one after the first purchase.

Yes. Account deletion is available from the Privacy tab inside your settings. All personal data is purged within 30 days. Order records are retained for 7 years per federal sales-tax requirements, but all identifying fields are anonymized on deletion.
